These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://southglassart.com and any purchase you make. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/guardian) and able to enter into a binding contract.
3. Products & made-to-order nature
Our backsplashes are printed on 4 mm tempered glass and produced to the size you select. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Because items are personalised to your measurements, they are produced specifically for you.
4. Orders & pricing
Prices and availability are shown on the site and may change. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) in cases of obvious pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud or inability to deliver.
5. Payment
Payment is taken through a secure provider; see our Secure Payment page. A deposit/balance model may apply to made-to-measure orders.
6. Delivery, withdrawal & returns
See the Delivery & Shipping Policy, the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the Distance Sales Agreement. Made-to-measure and custom items are exempt from change-of-mind withdrawal; faulty or damaged items are always replaced or refunded.
7. Custom content you provide
If you upload a photo or artwork for a custom print, you confirm you own or have the right to use it, and you grant us a licence to reproduce it solely to fulfil your order. We may decline content that is unlawful or infringes third-party rights.
8. Intellectual property
All site content, designs and images (other than content you supply) belong to South Glass Art or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including your statutory consumer rights).
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business. Consumers retain the right to bring disputes before the competent consumer body in their country of residence (in Türkiye, the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court).
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; the version in force is the one published here at the time of your order.
