This Privacy Policy explains how South Glass Art (“we”) collects and processes personal data when you use https://southglassart.com. Order & contact data: name, email, phone, billing/shipping address.
Order details: products, sizes, personalisation notes and uploaded photos.
Payment data: processed by our payment provider — we receive confirmation only and do not store card numbers.
Technical data: IP address, device/browser, and cookie data (see our Cookie Policy).

2. Why we use it (purposes & legal bases)

To process and deliver your orders and provide support — performance of a contract.
To take payment and prevent fraud — contract / legitimate interest / legal obligation.
To send order updates, and (with consent) marketing emails — contract / consent.
To keep accounting and tax records — legal obligation.
To improve the website and measure traffic — consent (analytics cookies) / legitimate interest.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only as needed with: our payment provider (to take payment), shipping/courier partners (to deliver), email and hosting providers, and authorities where legally required. We never sell your personal data.
