Deposit & balance

Because items are made to your measurements, a deposit may be collected at checkout with the balance confirmed before dispatch, as indicated during checkout. The total you will pay is always shown before you confirm your order.

Transactions are screened by our payment provider’s fraud-prevention systems. Suspicious orders may be verified or cancelled and refunded.
