2. Subject & basic qualities of the goods
Custom kitchen backsplashes printed on 4 mm tempered (toughened) safety glass, produced to the Buyer’s selected size. The basic qualities, design, selected size and price of the product are shown on the product page at the moment of order and on the order confirmation. Because each panel is produced to the size you choose, it is a made-to-order, personalised product.
3. Price (incl. taxes)
The sale price of the product, including all applicable taxes, is displayed on the product page and totalled at checkout. Shipping is shown separately at checkout (free worldwide shipping where stated). Any customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country are the Buyer’s responsibility.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment provider over an encrypted (SSL/TLS, 3-D Secure where supported) connection. For made-to-measure orders a deposit may be collected at order and the balance confirmed against your final measurements, as indicated at checkout. Card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by the Seller.
5. Delivery
Method: worldwide air cargo via a contracted courier. Dispatch: Ships within 7 business days. Worldwide air cargo · ~3 business days in transit · packed extra-securely Delivery address and recipient are those entered by the Buyer at checkout. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary with customs clearance.
6. Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, for standard stocked items. However, products manufactured to the Buyer’s specifications or clearly personalised (made-to-measure panels and custom-photo prints) are exempt from the right of withdrawal under consumer-protection law, as they are prepared specifically for the Buyer. Damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items are always replaced or refunded — see the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Complaints & dispute resolution
Complaints may be sent to hello@southglassart.com. Buyers resident in Türkiye may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or Consumer Court in their locality, up to the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade. EU consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
