Production & dispatch

Each backsplash is made to your exact size after you order. Orders are typically dispatched Ships within 7 business days. You receive an email when your order ships.

Shipping & transit

We ship worldwide by air cargo with a contracted courier. Worldwide air cargo · ~3 business days in transit · packed extra-securely Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary with destination and customs clearance.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided once your parcel is collected by the courier. You can follow your order on our Track Order page or directly with the carrier.

Customs duties & import taxes

For international orders, any import duties, VAT or customs fees charged by the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Deposit & balance (made-to-measure)

For made-to-measure orders we may take a deposit at checkout and confirm the balance against your final measurements before production, as shown during checkout. Your panel goes into production once payment is confirmed.

Damaged in transit

Every shipment is insured. In the rare event of transit damage, contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace your panel free of charge.
