Every panel is made to order. Once you order, we craft and dispatch your backsplash within 7 business days.

We ship worldwide by air cargo, fully tracked. After dispatch, typical delivery time is around 3 business days.

Glass deserves careful handling — so every panel is packed extra-securely, corner-protected and cushioned, to arrive in perfect condition.

We want you to love your backsplash, and we stand behind every piece we make.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items — if your panel arrives broken, defective, or different from what you ordered, we replace it or refund it in full, and we cover the return shipping. Simply send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it out right away.
Other returns — if there is nothing wrong with the item, a return can still be arranged for an unused, undamaged panel; in that case the return shipping is paid by the customer. Please contact us first so we can guide you.

Because each backsplash is custom-made to your exact measurements, we always confirm your details before production to make sure everything is right.
